Diana L Bell is an accomplished businesswoman, a civic and community leader in the Bay Area. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors/ Audit Committee for Corsair Gaming, Inc. (Nasdaq CRSR). As well, she serves on the board of Bay Area nonprofit Fresh Lifelines for Youth. Ms. Bell is often tapped for board service due to her consistency leading organizations to deliver aspirational performance, e.g., Sutter Bay Area Hospitals Board, the State of California Board of Accountancy, Emily’s List, National Black MBA Association.
After 32 years, Ms. Bell retired from the Hewlett-Packard Company as an SVP. Leadership roles there included P&L responsibility for the laptop PC business, and Corporate Governance, e.g. Environmental Sustainability, Govt Affairs, Philanthropy.
She’s a charter member of Oakland’s Imani Community Church, an engaged leader in both the Alameda Contra Costa Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. A Baltimore native, a tree hugging Oaklander for 47 years, a District 4 resident, a Redwood Heights Improvement Association member. An adventurous traveler, her business, mission, and personal journeys have taken her to all 7 continents and over 50 countries.
